In-Person Coaching

Our training sessions are available at our private 15,000 sq/ft training facility in Pasadena, CA (Matador Performance Center) or as in-home training if you have a home gym setup. This flexibility allows you to choose the environment where you feel most comfortable and motivated to train.

At our training facility, we have access to professional-grade equipment and a focused training environment designed to help you succeed.

For in-home sessions, I bring the same level of coaching, structure, and accountability directly to you, tailoring the program to the equipment and space you have available.

Regardless of the setting, every session is supervised with a high level of attention to detail. I make sure each exercise is performed correctly to reduce the risk of injury and to ensure maximum results. Every repetition, set, and rest period is specifically structured around your individual goals, current capabilities, and long-term progress.

Your progress doesn’t stop when our session ends—and neither does my support. With my personal training mobile app, you’ll have 24/7 direct access to me for accountability, guidance, and motivation. Whether it’s a quick question or a deep dive on a call, I’ll make sure you always have the clarity and support to stay on track.

  • Custom Fitness Coaching

    You will be given 24/7 access to my private fitness app where I will build you a custom exercise program with assignments to perform outside of our in-person sessions, and with instructional videos for every single exercise that we perform together in-person. It is also the perfect way to interact with me in real time so I can answer any questions immediately.

  • Tailored Nutrition Program

    I assign you proper macronutrient and calorie consumption targets from whole, minimally processed, high nutrition foods to take all the guess work out of nutrition. I also provide a feature for my clients to log in their meals and know exactly what macronutrients and calories are being consumed. We won't just change your body composition, but also make you feel better inside and out and improve overall health.

  • Scheduled Call

    We also find solutions together to any obstacles you may be facing, and we ensure that together we are constantly progressing. This is where we schedule a call to answer questions that need thorough and detailed explanations. We are not only physically strengthening ourselves, but mentally as well.
