Christian Ibarra

Master Fitness Trainer

My name is Christian Ibarra, and I’ve been a Personal Fitness Coach for 10 years.

Fitness has always been more than a hobby for me — it’s been a way of life. Growing up, I loved sports, competition, pushing my limits physically and mentally. That drive never left me.

Through my transformation, I realized how important fitness really is. Health, confidence and mental clarity are the true benefits of fitness. That’s when I realized and decided to help others achieve their goals and feel the drastic impact it will have on their life.

Over the years, I’ve been coaching clients through real transformations — ones that go far beyond the gym. Better habits. Clearer thinking. More energy for the people who matter most. A real lifestyle change.

Being a dad is the role I’m most proud of. My daughter is my why — the reason I show up every single day with intention, discipline, and heart. Whether I’m helping and cheering her on at gymnastics class every Saturday morning, walking the neighborhood together on Sunday evenings as a family, or going to an LAFC match on the weekend. Fatherhood taught me that consistency isn’t just a fitness principle — it’s a life principle. The habits you build become the example your kids follow.


Carlos Martinez

Certified Fitness Trainer

My name is Carlos Martinez, and I’m a certified personal trainer with a strong passion for helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident both physically and mentally. I focus on creating personalized training programs that help clients build sustainable habits, improve performance, and achieve long-term results inside and outside of the gym.

Fitness and athletics have always been a major part of my life. I come from a background in football, competitive swimming, skateboarding, and strength training, all of which helped shape my discipline, work ethic, and passion for personal growth. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of both physical performance and the mindset required to continually improve.

Outside of fitness, I enjoy playing baseball and staying active through sports in general. I’m also a barber, which has allowed me to connect with people from all different backgrounds and build strong relationships. In my free time, I enjoy content creation, spending time with family, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. Being family oriented and helping others become the best version of themselves are two of the values that motivate me most in life and in my career.
